Hydro-Tone Field Tests Biceps-Triceps

Major Muscle Pair being tested: Biceps and Triceps
Stand with feet parallel and extremely far apart.
Keep the knees bent and abdominals tight.
One bell begins at the surface touching the shoulder.
The second bell begins down in front of the body with elbow slightly bent.
Water Depth: Arm-pit deep
Safety Tips: Keep elbows slightly bent and abdominals tight.
Count: Each time a bell is brought to touch the surface a count
of one is made.
As the bell at the surface is pushed down with the extension of the arm
the other bell is pulled up to the shoulder.
Bells continue to move in opposite direction throughout the test.
Duration of Test: One minute
